CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

Character development is a slow thing. Far from telling everyone EVERYTHING about your character in your bioprofile, a writer should try to give out information gently. Over time (and we hope its years!) your character will grow and change, possibly in ways you never originally foresaw.

Your initial post (or 'Introduction Post') will usually give a brief history of your character, but nothing more. Over time 'flashback' posts and/or the current storyline may be used to further develop your character.
