She was unlucky as a child, especially when Tammin's life got harder and harder as
she developed her talent of telepathy at a very young age, and she
didn't quite know how to handle it. Although she was doing her best to learn how to control the abilities she had,
medical intervention was required to prevent her from undergoing a
severe neurological and psychological collapse. With much
training, Tammin finally got her telepathy under control, although
the medication 'mutes out' the vast majority of it..
It was at this time as a young child that Tammin gained an
interest in the medical profession. Although her previous desires had
lain in explosives, small firearms and hand-to-hand combat, she
had proved to have no aptitude at these abilities. She makes an
okay nurse though!
When her father (an Operations Officer onboard the USS Raptor) died, Tammin was furious at the Federation. She swore she would not join them but, after a couple of years, she
realised her true calling was like her father, and so changed her mind. When it comes near the
anniversary of her father's death, Tammin becomes quite fragile and has been known as someone hard to work with.
She has long brown hair that she normally ties back, and dark green eyes like her
mother. She 'does' have a social life- but work comes first.
During the investigation of the planet at the heart of the eighth
Brodarn sphere, Tammin was killed when a secure facility
(controlled by a psychotic computer!) induced an extremely high
voltage into an external door, killing her instantaneously. |
