Dathan had just finished updating the Horizon's security report for Captain Deadilus, adding to it the incident regarding Ensign Hunter and the ship's new barber. L'Cir stepped off the turbolift and made his way to the Captain's ready room.

"Enter."

Captain Deadilus and Lieutenant Falls sat at his desk talking to the Captain of the USS Exeter via the desk monitor, whilst L'Cir waited with padd in hand. Captain Deadilus motioned for Dathan to sit.

"Very well, Hito, we will see you shortly." And with a press of a key the communication with Captain Nagama was ended. Dismissing the Chief of Operations, Scott then turned his attention to L'Cir... more importantly the reports.

"What do you know about Ensign Hunter Taylor?" inquired the Captain.

"Regrettably I know very little about the man apart from his Starfleet record which shows no indication of this kind of behaviour. However, I have been over the holodeck logs and systems three times and Ensign Dumok is checking the other holodecks, but this was no accident - he intentionally disabled the safety protocols and entered. As you can see by the program itself, he should have had a weapon but he did not."

Captain Deadilus stood up and went over to his replicator and ordered a hot tea.

"Would you like a drink?" the Captain offered.

"No thank you, Sir".

"Attempted suicide?" The Captain was obviously disturbed. "How long would it take to engage new more secure protocols?".

"They will be up and running by the day's end" responded Dathan.

The meeting between the two men lasted at least ten minutes. Just as L'Cir left the Captain's ready room he was contacted by Ensign Tammin Doyle, requesting a meeting down in the Gateway. Dathan arrived to find the place empty except for the barman Troy and Dathan listened as Troy explained what Tammin wanted. L'Cir laughed.

"Well, you better give me a Romulan Ale. I will give her five minutes I have duty's to perform."
