Astra Lee was behind the bar washing glasses when an angry man entered. He refused to shake hands with the security officers and plunked himself down hard at the bar.

"Old Granddad," he barked.

Taken back a bit Astra smiled her best smile. "Excuse me?" She said.

"Whiskey. You do know what that is, right?" The angry man answered.

Astra figured he must have a reason for being so rude, and so she maintained a smile and brought the gentleman some top-shelf whiskey, although not the brand that he indicated. At that, he seemed to thaw a bit and introduced himself as William. With their introductions out of the way, William asked Astra if they could talk. She told him she would be right back after checking the other customers.

Astra did what all good bartenders do, and made sure no one needed anything before turning back to the just a bit less angry William; Astra watched as another man entered the bar, said something to William, and off they went.

"So much for interesting conversation," she thought.

*Sigh*

With the pair gone, she grabbed her 'Bartender's Guide' and looked for something named 'Old Granddad'.
